COARSE SPICES

Coarse Spices are used mainly to improve on the food visual appearance, most common will be chili flakes and coarse black pepper. Spices in a slightly coarse form do give the paste or gravy a crunchy bite texture. Black pepper coarse can be used almost in any dish such as meat, fish and game dishes soups, sauces, marinades, to vegetables, salads and meat fillings.
